Yes — many of our works are bespoke, designed in collaboration with architects, interior designers and clients to suit scale, material, finish and setting.
Production times vary depending on complexity and scale. For custom pieces we will provide a timeline once the brief is confirmed.
We use premium materials including brass, steel, blown glass, alabaster, wood and other refined finishes — all selected to deliver quality, clarity and design integrity.

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days for ready-stock items. Delivery time varies by location and shipping method.
Yes — we ship internationally, with packaging and logistics arranged accordingly.
Installation services are available upon request, but are charged separately unless specifically included.
Because many of our products are custom-made once commissioned, we follow a no cancellation / no refund policy once production starts.
If a product is damaged in transit, please notify us immediately (with photos/videos) so we can arrange replacement or repair — our team will guide you.
Yes — we work with architects, designers and project professionals and can offer trade terms and bulk/project pricing.
We deliver products with quality workmanship and materials. Specific warranty terms depend on the product — please check your invoice or order confirmation for details.
We provide consultation, design inputs, technical drawings or 3D visuals (where needed) to ensure correct scale, fit, finish and ambience for your space.
Our lights can be configured to suit Indian electrical standards (230V etc.). For international orders, please inform us about local voltage, wiring and dimming requirements at the time of enquiry.
Many of our models support dimming. Please confirm at the time of order and specify the type of dimming system (e.g., TRIAC, DALI, 0-10V) required for your project.
Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasives. For specialist materials (alabaster, brass) we can provide care instructions.
Yes — we support replacement parts, drivers and consumables for many of our fixtures. Please contact our service team with the product reference.

Many of our fixtures allow choice of finishes such as brass (polished/burnished), steel, custom colour treatments, custom glass/alabaster. Please ask at the time of order.
Yes — many of our designs are flexible in scale, configuration or layout. For a specific alteration, please mention this at the design-brief stage.
Changes may be possible if production has not commenced. Once fabrication begins, changes may not be feasible and could incur additional cost.
Yes — for dispatched orders we provide tracking details and shipment updates for your convenience.
We package all fixtures with premium crates/wood-boxed or padded shipping standards to ensure safe transit, especially for large, custom or international shipments.
Usually, duties and customs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed. We advise clients to check local import regulations before placing an order.
Use a soft, dry cloth. Avoid strong detergents or sprays. For filigree, accents or openwork, dust regularly with a soft brush.
Once a collection is discontinued, it may no longer be available. If you require a piece from a discontinued collection, we may suggest a similar design or customized alternative.

Yes — for many bespoke and larger-scale projects we offer 3D visuals or mock-ups to help you visualize the light within your space.
